Which courses can I study online?
What are the study options available?
The estimated time frame for courses is based on four weeks per unit at 4-6 hours per week, however you can complete as quickly as you wish and, in most cases, an extension can be arranged for you.
What type of qualification do I get if I complete an online course?
Once you complete a course, a cluster or a unit you will receive the same nationally accredited qualification that you would receive in a classroom-based course. This, by the way, is the SAME qualification issued at any TAFE institute.
How is trainer support provided?
You will be assigned a trainer/assessor to see you through the course. Most of the contact is by phone and email between you and your trainer, who is there to give you unlimited support.
Those who enrol in full certificate courses, and anyone who enrols in TAAASS404A, will carry out the validation unit in a virtual classroom environment.
Our programs are designed to ensure that you attend at least one virtual classroom during your study. Participation is optional, however, and you will not be disadvantaged because of any technical issues preventing you from taking part in these sessions.
What other support is available to me?
Our Student Services Team is here to provide you with support and advice at any point during your studies. We will be in regular contact with you to make sure that everything is on track – if at any point you have a problem or an issue, please don't hesitate to contact us.
How much do I have to pay?
You can pay for the FULL COURSE FEE UPFRONT OR BY CLUSTER OR BY UNIT.

Our UNIT PRICES are as follows:
Certificate II - $220
Certificate III - $220
Certificate IV - $240
Diploma - $280

How do I enrol?
Step 1 Select your course, cluster or unit
Step 2 Click here to complete an enrolment application form or an enrolment enquiry
Step 3 Once we receive your enrolment, we will contact you within 1 working day to confirm your details and finalise payment arrangements. You will then be sent a user name and a password via email to enable you to access the online system.
Step 4 Follow the prompts and….your course will commence
Step 5 If at any point you have a problem with accessing the system, just contact us.
