Course Overview
A Certificate IV in Frontline Management will provide you the skills and knowledge required to be a successful leader in your organisation. You will learn essential skills of leadership, communication, and organisation that can be applied within your organisation or business. You will learn to map and optimise your own performance, and that of your colleagues or employees. You will learn about managing and leading other people in the context of specific projects, mentoring and coaching, and the essential principles involved in continuous improvement and risk management.
Entry Requirements
To enrol in this course you should be currently employed in a management role, or have the approval of an organisation to have access to work in such role. To discuss your personal circumstances with one of our training professionals, please send us an enquiry.
Course Structure
10 units must be selected for this qualification including 4 compulsory units and 6 elective units.
Learning Options
You can study this course by distance, through flexible workplace training, or face-to-face in a classroom.
If you choose to complete this course through your workplace your trainer will work with you to design a program that is tailored to your job role.
You will be assessed according to your competencies and you will have a range of options for demonstrating your skills and knowledge. Your trainer will help you to plan your assessment to ensure the most suitable methods for your circumstances are used. The National College Australia assessment process looks at your whole role and assesses your competencies within these roles rather than on a unit by unit basis, thereby offering you the ability to demonstrate your skills doing what you do best, in an environment familiar to you.
